Murray High School Community Council 2014-2016
There are two open parent positions on the MHS Community Council for the 2014-2016 school years. Serving on the MHS Community Council is a wonderful way for parents and teachers to contribute and help improve academic performance at our school. Murray High receives an annual dividend from the Utah School Trust Lands investments. Our community council decides how these funds will be used. The council also reviews and prepares other academic and safety plans. All plans are reviewed for final approval by the Murray City Board of Education. Councils also act in an advisory capacity to school and district administrations.
If you are interested in serving on the Murray High School Community Council for the 2014-2016 school years and you will have a child at MHS during that time, please click the link below to access the candidate form. The forms are due to Principal Goldhardt by 3:00 PM on September 12, 2014. If an election is necessary, ballots will be available in the MHS main office from September 15-19, 2014.
